Return Eligibility

  • 24 Hr. Return Window: We offer a 24 Hr. return policy, meaning you have 24 Hr. after receiving your item to initiate a return.
  • Conditions for Return: To be eligible, items must be returned unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
  • Product Opening Video is Required. Photo not acceptable.

  • Processing Time: The processing time for our personalized products will take 5-6  business days to process the order before it is ready for shipping. We do have fast shipping o
  • Payment Methods: We offer a range of shipping option are Razor pay ,CC avenue and Cash on delivery all over India.
  • Order Tracking: Once your personalized product is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your order during transit.
  • Our warehouse: Operates on Monday - Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
  • Change Of Delivery Address: For change of delivery address requests, we won't be able to change the address at any time after the order has been dispatched.
Return Policy:
  • Personalized Products: As personalized products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Product Opening Video is Required. Photo not acceptable
  • Please note that if during the Order process, customer provide us number/message with any "spelling mistakes or any vehicle number error" and after delivery customer Found error - in that case return is not possible, since it's a mistake at customer end.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a personalized product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team within 1 days of receiving the item. We may request photos of the issue to assist with our assessment. If the defect or damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Exchange Policy:
  • Please note that if during the Order process, customer provide us number/message with any "spelling mistakes or any vehicle number error" and after delivery customer Found error - in that case Exchange Customer Need to pay 70% amount of Order Value. Pick up the product and delivered the new Product take 10 Working Days.
Cancellation Policy: 
  •  Order Modifications: If you wish to modify or cancel your personalized product order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may have already begun the customization process, and modifications may not be possible.
