Very disappointing experience with Ampkrafts. I paid around ₹1,100 for a keychain, specifically because I expected it to be durable and long-lasting. I chose the copper colour with the intention of gifting it as a forever keepsake.
Unfortunately, even with extremely careful use, the copper coating has started coming off on its own. At this price point, I honestly expected much better quality and durability.
It was meant to be a special, long-lasting gift, but the poor quality has left me extremely disappointed and embarrassed. ₹1,100 for a keychain that starts losing its finish despite careful use is simply not acceptable.
I hope Ampkrafts takes this complaint seriously and offers a suitable resolution.
