I would like to know about your return policy.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all our products, given they are all unused and unworn items, no questions asked. If you’re not satisfied with the items you have received, please write to us at info@ampkrafts.com and we are happy to help!

 

Please note that the items must be returned in their original packing and should not have been used. AMPKraft reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

How do I return your product?

We’re sorry to hear you’d like to return the item. Simply send us an email at info@ampkrafts.com indicating your want to return the product, along with the product photographs, and we will arrange for a reverse pick up for you. Reverse pick up takes roughly 72 hours, after which we will begin processing your return. Please keep in mind that refunds might take up to 4-6 business days to complete.

What is the estimated delivery date of my order?

To ensure a seamless and quick delivery of your personalized gifts, we cooperate with all of India’s premier logistics partners. Once your order has been verified, it may take up to 48 hours for us to process it. Deliveries are completed within 4-6 business days after your purchase has been delivered from our warehouse. We’ll keep giving you updates on your order to the phone number and email address you provided. You may also keep track of your order at link.

My product is not delivered yet. The number given by courier partner is not reachable. How to contact them?

We are sorry to hear your product has been delayed. Please contact us with your registered phone number/email address and order number, and we will try our best to contact the shipping partner from our end to deliver your product as soon as possible.

I need to change the delivery address. How can I do that?

We may certainly update your delivery address if your product has not yet been picked up from our warehouse. Simply contact us through any of our support channels, and we will do all we can to assist you! If the order has already been shipped, there isn’t much we can do to change the shipping address. If your order has already been dispatched, we will cancel it and send you a fresh shipment from our end.

My order was canceled but I never called. I want to purchase the product.

We’re sorry to hear that your order was cancelled without your knowledge or consent. We contact customers for confirmation/updates on COD orders and orders that are lacking crucial information so that we can ship their product. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we may cancel your order. However, if you still want your item, please let us know and we can mail it to you again.

My order is not dispatched yet, I would like to cancel my order.

We’re sorry to hear you want to cancel your order. You may cancel the order yourself by logging into your account. Please let us know what led you to cancel your order as feedback; this will help us better in the future.

The order has been shipped, but I would like to cancel my order.

We’re sorry to hear you want to cancel your order. Please be aware that your order has already been dispatched, and we respectfully request that you refuse delivery of the product; otherwise, the item will be returned to us. If this is a prepaid order, we will begin the return process as soon as you decline delivery. Please let us know what led you to cancel your order as feedback; this will help us better in the future.

I need to receive my order by a specific date. Can you help me?

We realize that you may have bought the jewelry as a present or that you need it delivered by a certain date. Please take note that while we will do our best to fulfill your items on schedule, there may be some delays. On a best-effort basis, we can try to deliver on a given day or before a specific date, but these are not guaranteed services. Please place your order and immediately email your order number and estimated delivery date to info@ampkrafts.com.

The coupon code I have is not working.

We’re sorry to learn that your promo code isn’t valid. Please keep in mind that discount codes are case-sensitive, so make sure you don’t make any mistakes while entering them. It’s also possible that the discount code is outdated and has expired; in that case, please contact us with a screenshot of the code and we’ll do all we can to assist you!

A lot of brands are giving offers for X occasion. Do you have any?

Our strategy team creates all of our deals and promotions, and we consider most, if not all, significant occasions. We encourage you to subscribe to our email list or check our website frequently for updates on new discounts and promotions.

PRODUCT QUALITY

I would like to know about your Product Quality policy.

Will the metal get discolored?

You can buy our colored accessories with confidence that they will not fade with day to day use. Please avoid any physical harm or acidic chemical exposure to the accessories and it’ll be as fresh and bright as new!

Can I please have the pictures of the products?

Yes, please contact our sales staff with information on the product you’re interested in, and we’ll assist you with photos.
