I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order.
I had specifically paid extra for the gift box option; however, upon receiving my order, I did not receive any of the additional items that were supposed to come with the gift box. This was quite frustrating, especially since I paid an extra amount with the expectation of receiving the complete package as advertised.
I chose Ampkraft trusting the quality of both the product and the service, but this experience has been disappointing. I request you to please look into this matter at the earliest and arrange for either the missing gift box items to be sent to me or a refund of the extra amount charged

I reseeved the ordered one, it was custemized amazly...
I love it.
But better to avoid sharp edges...
