Return Eligibility
24-Hour Return Window:
We offer a 24-hour return policy. This means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to initiate a return request.
Conditions for Return:
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

Product Opening Video Required (photos are not accepted)
Note: Jewelry items are not eligible for return.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All personalized products are made just for you! Please allow 4-5 Business days for us to process your order before shipping.
Order Status:
Once your order is dispatched, the status will update accordingly. You can track its progress until it shows as "Pending" for delivery.
Payment Methods:
We accept various payment options, including Razorpay, CC Avenue, and Cash on Delivery, all over India.
Order Tracking:
Once your personalized product ships, we will send you a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. Use this to track your order in real-time.
Our Warehouse:
Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday during regular business hours, except on national holidays. In such cases, we strive to keep delays to a minimum.
Change of Delivery Address:
We are unable to change the delivery address once your order has been dispatched. Please double-check your shipping details before placing the order!
Return Policy
Personalized Products:
Since our products are custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Product Opening Video Required (photos are not acceptable).
Note: If there is any spelling mistake or vehicle number error due to incorrect information provided by you during the order process, returns or exchanges will not be possible. Please review your details carefully when placing your order.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If your personalized product arrives defective or damaged, please contact customer support within 1 day of receiving your item. We may request photos of the damage to assess the issue. If confirmed, we'll offer a replacement or a refund based on your preference.
Exchange Policy
If a spelling mistake or vehicle number error is found after delivery, an exchange will require 70% of the order value to be paid. The exchanged product will be delivered within 10 working days.
Cancellation Policy
Order Modifications:
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, we may have already started the customization process, and changes may not be possible.
